About Will Rich

Managing Director, Advisory Services

Will Rich, CRE, has more than two decades of experience providing real estate consulting and advisory services, covering all aspects of commercial real estate across the country. His clients have included real estate developers and investors, the public sector, financial institutions, law firms, and non-profits.

Previously, Will was the President of Delta Associates providing consulting, research and advisory services for all property types throughout the United States, including market feasibility, highest and best use, market entry strategies, asset performance enhancement, market due diligence, white papers on special topics, valuation analysis, and litigation support.

Will is a Counselor of Real Estate (CRE), member of the National Association of Realtors, and a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI). He is a member of the OCFO/ORA Real Estate Advisory Group which meets annually with the District of Columbia CFO. Will has previously served on the Board of Directors of the Washington DC Economic Partnership and the Golden Triangle Business Improvement District in the District of Columbia.

About Lexi Fuhrman

Analyst

Lexi Fuhrman graduated from the University of Maryland’s Robert H. Smith School of Business with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and a minor in Real Estate Development. During undergrad, she played for the women’s volleyball club and was a member of the real estate club.

Following graduation, Lexi began my real estate career by interning at Potomac Development Group and working for Oasis Digital Properties as a Development Associate, fully immersing myself into the world of real estate development. In addition, I am a Master of Real Estate Development candidate at the University of Maryland.

Lexi reside in Bethesda, Md. and enjoy spending time with my family and two dogs, traveling, finding new coffee shops, playing pickleball, and photography.
