Economic Impact
Strategies

A sound economic impact study provides qualitative and quantitative data as a key part of both investment due diligence and project acceptance. The Cavalry team has deep experience in accurately forecasting the economic benefits of proposed developments, including direct and indirect jobs created, the earnings of those jobs, and revenue generation.

Fiscal Impact
Study

A compelling fiscal impact study is a powerful unbiased cost-benefit analysis to weight the promised benefits of a project, including jobs and tax revenue, against expenses such as roads, public safety, utilities, and services. Cavalry’s perspective comes from working with both private industry and the public sector, leading to studies that stand up to scrutiny from both sides.
